PYEONGCHANG, South Korea (Reuters) – Russian Olympic medallist Alexander Krushelnitsky could not have taken a banned drug deliberately, Russia’s sports minister said on Tuesday after anti-doping authorities confirmed a violation that has rocked the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics.
