The German will be playing his football in Turkey from 2018-2020
Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius has joined Besiktas on a two-year loan deal.
The 25-year-old is set to spend the remainder of 2018/19 and the whole of 2019/20 with the Turkish side.
Karius will have two seasons in Turkey
Karius has made 49 appearances for the Reds since joining the club from Mainz in 2016, but infamously made two major errors in their Champions League final defeat to Real Madrid last season.
Liverpool lost 3-1 with Karius deemed at fault for Los Blancos’ first and third goals, though it was later stated that he suffered from concussion as a result of an earlier collision.
