Well, that could’ve been embarrassing.
Petr Cech, during his side’s opening Premier League opener against Manchester City, almost scored a hilarious own-goal.
Under a small amount of pressure, he rolled the ball inches wide of his right-hand post while trying to find his centre-back.
Manchester City took the lead in the game courtesy of a brilliant Raheem Sterling goal and some pundits felt Cech could’ve done better with the strike.
The Arsenal goalkeeper started ahead of summer signing Bernd Leno, and in fairness, he has made a couple of very important saves.
